I can only imagine the joy you feel in heaven today. This is your third birthday away from us and I will admit it baby girl—it’s hard knowing we must wait until heaven to see you again.
I looked at some pictures of brother at your funeral. He was 6 then, just like you would be today. You two always looked like twins especially when your hair was short or gone from the chemo. I can imagine what you would look like now only by seeing what he looked like. Six is such a big number for my girl. My brain keeps you back at 3, always 3, forever small enough to sit in my lap and rock.
Today, I’m reminded to be grateful for all the life we lived in your 3 short years. I learned so much during your lifetime. I’ve watched how your life has touched so many and given them hope of heaven. That testimony brings joy to my heart.
